How to buy Scale AI shares.
Scale AI is currently private. There is no public stock ticker or exchange listing. The main ways retail investors can access shares are:
- Secondary markets. Platforms like Forge Global, EquityZen, and Hiive facilitate purchases of existing shares from early employees or investors. These are available to accredited investors in some countries. Minimum investments are typically high and liquidity is limited.
- Wait for the IPO. If Scale AI files an S-1 and lists on a major exchange, shares will become available to all investors through any broker with access to that exchange. IPO timing is not confirmed.
- Indirect exposure. Some investors gain indirect exposure through listed companies that invest in or partner with Scale AI. This is not the same as owning Scale AI equity.
